The McClelland Center for Research and Innovation -
part of the Hay Group - has established a fund for
awarding fellowships to graduate and post graduate
students. The purpose of the fund is to recognize the
contribution of David C. McClelland to the field of
human motivation, competencies, and organizational
performance by promoting significant research
contributions in the tradition of David C. McClelland.

Consortium (NDSC) is part of the Academy of
Management's commitment to the professional
development of its new and prospective members.
NDSC is designed by doctoral students for doctoral
students and is aimed at students in their first or
second year of a doctoral program. The consortium
addresses the real life issues facing doctoral
students from getting develop research interests,
through the publishing process, and beyond. NDSC
provides an opportunity for new doctoral students to
