Goal: The Human Resources Division recognizes contributions to research in the field of human resources management by giving five awards each year.

Each year, the HR Division of the Academy of Management formally recognizes excellence in its members through the bestowal of awards for career achievement, scholarly achievement, best dissertation, best convention paper, and best student convention paper. Subcommittees evaluate nominees for each of these awards.
