Goal: The Human Resources Division recognizes contributions to research in the field of human resources management by giving a variety of awards each year.
The HR Division formally recognizes excellence in its members through the bestowal of awards for career achievement, scholarly achievement, best dissertation, best international HR paper, innovative teaching, best convention paper, and best student convention paper. Subcommittees evaluate nominees for each of these awards.
